In the event that you miss your allocated time, we reserve the right to decline entry to the farm.

Lease take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the ticket process. We are unable to amend your booking once purchased.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, this includes rainy days.

Your ticket is only valid for the session that you have purchased and cannot be used for any other session.

Please bring along your confirmation with you on the day either on your smartphone or printed out. We must keep control of the number of people on the farm at any time so you will need a ticket for every member of your group with absolutely no exceptions.

Tokens can be used to for the following only: Fairground rides (1 ticket per person per ride) Face painting (1 ticket per person) Pumpkin purchase (1 ticket per pumpkin)

We reserve the right to cancel an event. In the event of an event cancellation by the host, you will NOT receive a refund but can book an alterntaive date

In consideration of participating in Springhill Pumpkin Festival, J Gregory & Sons, I the named on the booking and those attanding as part of the booking represent that I understand the nature of this Activity and that I am in good health, and in proper physical
condition to participate in such Activity. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the Activity. I fully understand that this Activity involves risks of serious
injury, which may be caused by my own actions or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the “Release’s” named below; and that there may be
other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the Activity.
I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Regional Games Ltd. or any of it's subsidiaries, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers and employees, other participants, any sponsors,
advertisers, and owners/lessors of premises on which the activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account caused or alleged to be
caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “release’s” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I, or anyone on my
behalf, makes a claim against any of the Release’s, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the Release’s from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, if any, which may incur as the result of such claim. have read this
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement
or assurance of any nature and intend it be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance,
notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect. Personal medical and travel insurance is strongly advised for all participants.
PHOTO / VIDEO WAIVER: I hereby grant full permission for J Gregory & Sons and their respective agents, boards, commissions, and any other involved parties of the foregoing to take and use photographs, video, film, or
any other record of this activity, including my name, likeness and/or voice for any legitimate purpose, including for advertising display, audiovisual presentations or otherwise. I waive any right of privacy, publicity,
compensation, copyright or other rights to those images/video. If you do not wish to be in any photos or videos, then the activity instructor must be made aware of this before you start, and you must avoid being in any
photos/videos. If you do not wish the images/videos to be posted online, then we must be advised prior to your group leaving the activity.
