Each of our cottages whilst differing in layout and character are comfortably furnished and fitted to the highest standard.

General cottage information and facilities:

• 3.5 miles from Bamburgh
• .75 miles from the beach down a quiet country lane
• Bookings taken all year round
• Short breaks during winter month November-March excluding main holidays
• Private and secure gardens with timber furniture
• Cycle storage available
• Ample off road gravel parking beside each cottage
• 4pm arrival and 10am departure
• Duvets and bed linen and towels are supplied (not cot bedding).

Five star cottage information:

• Friday – Friday changeover
• Independently controlled underfloor heating in each room
• Well-equipped kitchen inc. electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer
• King size luxury beds in all double rooms and full size single beds in the twin rooms (some twins can be make into super kings upon request
• Flat screen televisions, freeview and DVD players
• Free telephone and wireless internet access
• Log Burning stoves
• Well appointed bathrooms and ensuite, each cottage has the option of a bath or shower

Four star cottage information:

• Saturday – Saturday changeover
• Night storage and electric heating
• Well-equipped kitchen inc. electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine
• Luxury full size double beds in all double rooms and full size single beds in all twin bedrooms
• Flat screen televisions, freeview and DVD players
• Open coal fires
• Well appointed family bathrooms

Green credentials: Springhill is the proud holder of a Silver Green Tourism Award. Springhill itself is a fully certified working organic farm. We are committed to reducing the impact we have on the environment. Wherever possible sustainable, eco friendly products are used or fitted. During the conversion of the farm buildings, materials were recycled and retained where possible. The cottages were awarded a Gold Award by the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for their facilities and design which is in keeping.
